REV. LEVI DUGGAN
Lead Pastor/Founding Pastor
Levi Duggan (“Doogan”) is a lifelong advocate for at-risk children and youth. As a foster and adoptive dad, Levi had first hand experience which then translated into a career in foster care at the Oklahoma United Methodist Circle of Care prior to his pastoral appointment. In 2020 he was appointed a full-time licensed local pastor. He is the recipient of the 2019 Heartbeat Journey Scholarship for the School of Celtic Consciousness and the 2023 Arlon O. Ebright award for parish leadership. He was a 2024 finalist for the Brady Award for Preaching. He was commissioned as an Elder in the OKUMC on Aldersgate Day 2023. His passions include strengthening human relationships, advocating for children and individuals with special needs, and addressing Biblical theology for the 21st Century in America. He lives with his lovely wife Marti and together they have a big, blended family in the OKC Metro.
MARTI DUGGAN
Co-Founder/ Certified Lay Servant
Hello! I am the State Director of Student Services for a large online charter school, where I serve populations experiencing foster care, homelessness, and other social service needs. As a veteran of the special education classroom for almost 20 years, I have my Bachelors in Special Education and Masters in Educational Leadership, with certifications in administration as well. My hubby Levi and I share a big blended family with five kids!
I am called to work in the areas of justice ministry for marginalized and underserved populations. I have personal and professional experience with individuals experiencing homelessness, those in poverty and in need of mental health supports and services.
I serve as the District Lay Servant Ministries Director for the Oklahoma Conference of the UMC.

Hello! I am the Worship Director of Ceili Community. I’ve led worship for a decade for a few different United Methodist churches, gaining theological, musical, and leadership skills all throughout. I’m hugely into the simple things of life, like comics and anime. I dedicate my time to creating art, music, video games and my beautiful daughter!
