The Leaders of Ceili Community
REV. LEVI DUGGAN
I am the planting pastor of Ceili Community. Currently a commissioned elder in the United Methodist Church, I was a businessman and foster care director previously. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma and am finishing my Masters of Divinity from Saint Paul School of Theology. I have five kids with my wife Marti, in a big blended family! Though not a big sports guy, I might be obsessed with the Chiefs!
I am the Executive minister of Ceili Community. I served in the USAF for over 7 years, gaining experience in aircraft maintenance, teaching and administration, as well as supervising. I Graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Masters of Leadership in October 2022. I have three children with my beautiful wife Amanda. I love to play video games and I may “nerd out” over Star Wars and superhero movies… Some of my other hobbies include building lego (with and without my kids), doing yoga, and woodworking!
Hello! I am the state Director of Tiered Support Services for Epic Charter Schools where I serve populations experiencing foster care, homelessness, and other social service needs. As a veteran of the special education classroom for almost 20 years, I have my Bachelors in Special Education and Masters in Educational Leadership, with certifications in administration as well. My hubby Levi and I share a big blended family with five kids!
I am called to work in the aresas of justice ministry for marginalized and underserved populations. I have personal and professional experience with individuals experiencing homelessness, those in poverty and in need of mental health supports and services.
My freshman year of high school was the first time I'd ever heard of Special Olympics. I was encouraged to go to an event by my leadership teacher. I instantly fell in love with the atmosphere, people, and the community as a whole. I've now been apart of Special Olympics for nine years. It continues to be a major highlight of my life. Seeing the smiles and accomplishments being made at these events is priceless. After my first year in Special Olympics, I decided I wanted to become a Severe and Profound teacher and give students a loving environment that welcomes all individuals. Now that goal has become a reality as I am a Functional Skills Teacher at Mustang Public Schools. To add on to my experience, I have also been a nanny for five years to a young boy with MECP2 Duplication Syndrome. I am forever grateful that I get to spend my summers with him.
I have two dogs named Canon and Cleo whom I absolutely adore. I have three nephews and one niece. I am currently working to get my Masters in Behavior Analysis.
Hello! I am the Worship Director of Ceili Community. I’ve led worship for upwards of eight years for a few different United Methodist churches, gaining theological, musical, and leadership skills all throughout. I’m hugely into the simple things of life, like comics and anime. I dedicate my time to creating art, music, video games and loving my currently pregnant wife, Sierra, as we transition into parenthood! Sierra and I are high school sweethearts who just didn’t know it at the time! We have been faced with all sorts of huge changes, and we’ve been blessed enough to stand with God and say, “Bring it on!”
Ceili Care Director
Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor and experienced ministry leader. I am a lifelong United Methodist, and have served on multiple leadership committees including as chair of Embrace Community. I strive to be my authentic self, unapologetically. I am a very open person and don't shy away from deep conversation.
My husband Nick and I share three wonderful kids!
I love organizing, shopping, reading, writing, watching movies. I really enjoy Marvel movies and psychological thrillers. As for teams, I say "go sports ball!"
Greetings, Ceili Community! My name is Jessica! I am a paraprofessional in Mustang Schools, as well as a certified massage therapist! I have a wonderful husband Johnny, and our anniversary date - may 4th, 2020 - says it all!
I garden often with my "plant army"! When I a not playing in the dirt, I love cooking, weightlifting, math, art, and crochet. When I was asked to serve here, it was an answer to prayer! I previously led Youth groups in the Disciples of Christ Church and look forward to building new relationships with kids.
